It is not personalized training advice for your specific dog, and it is not a substitute for an in-person evaluation with a qualified trainer.
No Professional Relationship From Website Use
Browsing this Website, contacting us through a form, or following content shared here does not create a trainer-client relationship. A trainer-client relationship begins only once you have completed an evaluation and signed our Service Agreement.
Services Governed by Signed Agreement
All training, boarding, board & train, and membership services are governed by a separate, signed Service Agreement provided at the time of booking. That agreement — not this page — sets out the specific terms, policies, and liability provisions for your services, including cancellation policies, payment terms, and bite/aggression disclosure requirements. If anything on this Website appears to conflict with your signed Service Agreement, the signed agreement controls.
Assumption of Risk
Working with dogs — including evaluations, private sessions, board & train programs, boarding, day camp, and membership outings — carries inherent risk, including but not limited to the risk of bites, injury, or property damage. This risk exists regardless of a dog's training history or temperament. By engaging Align Canine's services, you acknowledge this risk and agree to the specific risk and liability terms in your signed Service Agreement.
No Guarantee of Results
Every dog and every household is different. While we bring real experience and a structured methodology to every program, we cannot guarantee specific behavioral outcomes. Long-term results depend significantly on owner follow-through after a program ends. Testimonials and before/after content reflect real client experiences but are not a guarantee that any other dog will achieve the same results.
Photos & Videos
We may photograph or video your dog during training, boarding, or membership activities for progress updates, internal use, and — unless you've opted out in your Service Agreement — promotional or social media use.
Privacy
We collect information through our client intake form (owner contact info, dog and veterinary details, and service preferences) solely to provide and manage your services. We do not sell your information to third parties. Payment is processed securely through Stripe; we do not store your card details.
